Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m / 4,593ft)

  • Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
  • Evening: Trip briefing and preparation.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek Preparation

  • Explore Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage sites: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, and Pashupatinath.
  • Trek preparation and gear check.

Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2,860m / 9,383ft) and Trek to Phakding (2,652m / 8,700ft)

  • Fly to Lukla and begin trekking to Phakding.
  • Overnight in Phakding.

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m / 11,286ft)

  • Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River.
  • Arrival in Namche Bazaar.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

  • Rest and acclimatize in Namche Bazaar.
  • Optional hike to Everest View Hotel.

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3,867m / 12,687ft)

  • Trek through forests and rivers.
  • Visit Tengboche Monastery.

Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4,410m / 14,468ft)

  • Continue trekking with views of Ama Dablam.
  • Arrival in Dingboche.

  • Overnight in Lobuche.

Day 10: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,164m / 16,942ft) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m / 17,598ft)

  • Trek to Gorak Shep.
  • Continue to Everest Base Camp and return to Gorak Shep.

Day 11: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m / 18,192ft) and Trek to Pheriche (4,371m / 14,340ft)

  • Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views.
  • Descend to Pheriche.

Day 12: Trek to Phortse Thanga

  • Trek to Phortse Thanga enjoying the scenic views along the way.
  • Overnight stay in Phortse Thanga.

Day 13: Trek to Namche Bazaar

  • Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche.
  • Arrival in Namche Bazaar.

Day 14: Trek to Lukla

  5. Internal Flights: Round-trip flights between Kathmandu and Lukla.
